Streets of San Francisco

My early work in San Francisco involved painting plein air on the streets. The tall Victorians offered no end of wonderful compositions, especially in the Autumn light. While working outside, I met many interesting people, who welcomed me into their homes. Every October, I did open studios at my apartment in Noe Valley, where people of the neighborhood smiled to see their homes on the wall.
